Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your location.
The delivery for the countries part of the European Union is free of charge.
For deliveries to countries outside of the EU the shipping cost is paid by the Client. In this case, any additional taxes and custom duties in respect of the products and the transportation will be for the Client’s account as well.
We will contact you for more information regarding the shipment details in order to provide the best delivery price based on your location and delivery method.
Delivery Time
Due to high interest and the time needed for the production and hand-assembly of each bike, all orders will be delivered in the second half of November. After you complete your order, a member of our team will contact you via email to confirm the delivery date.

Delivery Methods
The products are delivered by a courier company chosen by our team and depending on your location.
The products can be delivered to:
- Your door
- Courier’s office
- Econic One partner’s shop where you can have it assembled
For Bulgaria only, it is possible to select the option for receiving the goods in the office of Eljoy AD at the following address: 43 “Ivan Vazov” str., Varna.
If you want to take your e-bike from a partner’s store, please insert the address of the store as a delivery address at the checkout page.
