When you join our Econic One Family you get a smart and always connected bike with 12-months theft insurance paid by us. We want to help you focus on the pleasure of owning and riding our smart e-bike in the city, park or nature, without the constant worry where to leave your bike, whether you will find it there again and how to react if something happens. We take care of these worries for the first year of your ownership.
The insurer is Allianz Partners Austria (AWP P&C S.A. Austrian Branch). Policyholder is ELJOY AD, Varna, Bulgaria.
The subject of the insurance is your Econic One e-bike, purchased from an authorized Econic One dealer or directly from the manufacturer.
The associated security locks, the supplied charger and the control unit are also insured. Only those parts and safety locks that are purchased on the same day with the insured e-bike (insured parts) are insured (original invoice to be shown). Safety locks for bicycles must have at least an original purchase price of at least EUR 50 including VAT.
To protect against theft, burglary, robbery, your insured e-bike must be locked on a fixed object with an appropriate safety lock.
The insurance premium is paid by the manufacturer of Econic One. You as a customer do not have to pay anything extra.
The insurance cover includes the destruction and loss of the insured e-bike by burglary, theft and robbery. For more info see the General Тerms and Conditions.
The insurance coverage is valid in the countries from European Union and Serbia.
The start date of cover under the insurance is the date of purchase of the Econic One e-bike and expires after 12 months.
Please fill in the registration form to activate your insurance coverage. The start of your insurance is the purchase date of your Econic ONE e-bike. You must provide the invoice in case of claim.
Please fill in the online claim form and attach all relevant documents – invoice, pictures, police report.
